334 Delaware Avenue
Buffalo, NY
This two story masonry building is located on the fringe of the Buffalo central business district; conveniently within walking distance to city courts, City Hall and the primary state and federal services. In order to redevelop this project into a Class “A” office building we intend to completely redesign all three facades with insulated glass, thermally efficient windows, screens and new entrances with vestibules. We have completely redesigned the exterior walls to provide natural light throughout the entire space. A partial third floor glass enclosure addition provides a state of the art 4,000 square foot office suite with a 350 degree panoramic view of downtown Buffalo. With new, state of the art, energy efficient mechanical systems, we are striving for a green and healthy building environment. The second floor roof garden also provides a softened sun-lit office experience, as well as improved views and exterior seating for the tenant’s convenience. The trees, plantings and seating areas have been carefully studied to provide alternative spaces and the aesthetic benefits of nature. This building renovation reinforces the original urban contacts by maintaining and improving the street facade.
