This building was an abandoned Buffalo Board of Education School Building, built in 1921 and recently vacated due to new building requirements. The 64,000 square foot building required a new roof, exterior masonry repairs, new plumbing, lighting system, fire alarm and mechanical renovations. The interior was completely renovated with new interior finishes.
